Return and Exchange Policy:
Please contact us by email prior to making your return so we can better assist you with the return process.
We accept returns of any product that was damaged, an item sent in error, or unopened products within 14 days time from the receipt of your order.
(1) Product Returns
Please contact Customer Service at email@example.com by email to authorize your return. Upon receipt of your returned items, we will refund the cost of the products. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
All returns must be unopened, and in their original packaging.
(2) Damaged, Defective or Simply Just the Wrong Products
If your product was damaged in shipping, or we goofed up and sent you the wrong item, email our Customer Service and we'll exchange the products for you! We may ask for photographs of the damaged item and packaging to expedite your case.
(3) Items That Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged
We will NOT accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened and used. We will not accept returns or exchanges on custom products.
(4) Deadline for Return or Exchange
Customers have 14 days from the receipt of your order to file a return or exchange.
(5) Exchange Requests
You may exchange your product for another product on the condition that:
- The product is in new, unopened condition
- The value of the new product is or equal or lesser value than the returned product.
- Customer will pay for the shipping cost of the returned item and the shipping cost of the new item.
(6) How to Return An Order
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number in the email subject.
- Tell us why the item is being returned or exchanged.
- Add pictures of the items you wish to return; and if damaged, show where damage is.
- Pack the items to be returned, making sure to include their unopened packaging and all pieces.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with shipping instructions to send the order.
- When the returned order is received and processed, we will issue a refund or exchange.
- We reserve the right to not accept a return that has not been previously authorized by our Customer Service.
- It is the customer's responsibility to send the products back to Turbo Dork and make sure we receive them.
(7) Refund of Item
Upon receipt of returned items, and once we confirm everything is in the order it was returned, we will issue a refund of the original cost of the product. We will not issue a refund of the shipping costs.
All payments will be refunded to the original PayPal account, credit card, bank or payment application used in the original purchase of the items.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund for items returned that are not in acceptable condition.
(8) Full Refund
A full refund of the item and original shipping costs will be issued if you received an item in error, the item is defective, or the item was damaged in shipping.
If the item being refunded was sent with additional items not being returned, we will calculate the shipping refund based on the weight of the items being refunded.
(9) Time to Receive the Refund
Refunds are made payable within 10 business days. Please note that some credit cards and banks may take longer to process.
